Why We Built DELIGHT
DELIGHT was built from operational reality. In 2015, during an international marathon in Hiroshima with over 1,000 participants, phone inquiries overwhelmed the organizing team.
At the time, there was no phone automation capable of handling inquiries during busy daytime operations or late-night and early-morning hours. Every customer call depended entirely on human availability.
That structural inefficiency became the foundation for DELIGHT.

DELIGHT was founded by Hiroyuki Anno , a former international sports event organizer and sports agent with over 20 years of cross-border execution experience.
